This Aluminium Sliding Track is commonly used for Coldroom or Coolroom Sliding Doors.
The Track length is usually double the width of the door (plus 180mm when using the Compatible end Track Stops).
This Coldroom Door Sliding Track suits our Coldroom Sliding Door Top Track Roller 49mm Diameter which can be purchased independently as replacement door rollers.
Shown in the picture is the Coldroom Sliding Door Top Track Roller & Bracket (Not Included).
Coldroom or Cool Room doors can become dangerous in the event the door track roller breaks resulting in the door falling off the track . This occurs because the nylon rollers that rolls along the sliding track has become worn or damaged. It is recommended to check the door rollers and securing hardware as preventative maintenance.
It is also essential for the coldroom or Coolroom door to have correctly fitted top and bottom door stops at either end of its travel. Incorrectly fitted or missing door stops will allow the door tilt when it hits one stop at either the top or bottom of the door. When a door tilts it causes impact to the top door rollers which will damage them over time.
