Austcold Industries will exchange any product in the event that the customer has been supplied incorrect goods due to an error caused by Austcold Industries upon receipt of the incorrect goods. In the event that custom made goods have been supplied incorrectly due to incorrect information supplied by the purchaser or customer, Austcold Industries will not refund or re-manufacture goods free of charge. In the event that the purchaser or customer has purchased a shelf item such as Coldroom Door Parts and returns the goods to Austcold Industries, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchased goods value will apply upon receipt of the returned goods and the freight value is not refundable. In the event that a customer cancels an order of custom made goods and requests a refund, Austcold Industries Pty Ltd retains the right to calculate the associated costs relating to restocking or modifying the goods for resale use and deduct those costs from the refund amount. Austcold Industries Pty Ltd will disclose those costs prior to refunding for the customers approval.
Goods supplied by Austcold Industries will be covered by warranty in the event that the goods are defective only if Austcold Industries have been notified within 7 days of receipt of goods supplied. Goods will not be covered by Warranty due to the misuse, incorrect installation, wear and tear or in the event that the product was not suitable for the application.
Custom made goods (Clear PVC Strip Doors, Fridge Seals etc) are generally manufactured and dispatched within approx. 3 working days from receipt of payment. Shelf items such as Clear PVC rolls and Coldroom door parts etc are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days.
All goods supplied in the online store do not include freight or delivery, freight and delivery is calculated in the checkout process after you have provided a valid Australian delivery address. Austcold Industries Pty Ltd retains the right to use any reputable courier courier service and their online trackable consignment system.
All pricing at www.austcoldindustries.com.au and its online store is in Australian dollars and includes GST unless otherwise stated. All goods are subject to payment prior to dispatch unless an official account application has been approved by Austcold Industries Pty Ltd.
