RD-1000 Rapidoor® – High Speed Roll Fast Door.

The Rapidoor® RD-1000 High-Speed Roll-Fast Door is a Heavy-Duty door with 1mm thick reinforced vinyl, optional fully transparent PVC sheet windows can be added. This model Rapidoor delivers safe automated access and good visibility through doorways, ideal for internal doorway applications that do not require tolerance to wind loads.

RD-2200 Rapidoor® – Freezer – High Speed Door

The Rapidoor® RD-2200 High-Speed Roll-Fast Door is a self-repairing door with 1.5mm thick PVC sheet, ensuring safe fast access to busy establishments with motorized traffic. Ideal for internal Freezer doorway applications.

CURTAIN:

This High Speed Door Model is fitted with dual curtains which simultaneously travel together when opening and closing. A high output heater blower heats the void between the two curtain keeping the curtains frost-free. The RD2200 Rapidoor is tested to accommodate Freezers with temperatures as low as -35 degrees.

SPEED:

The RD2200-Freezer High Speed Rapidoor® is capable of up to 2500mm per second. Controlled by inverter drive technology that delivers smooth motor speed changes that reduce the wear and tear on mechanical hardware. A soft start and stop with absolute encoder ensures accurate open and close final positions which is critical in freezers for obtaining an efficient seal.

SAFETY FEATURES:

2x Photo Electric Cells is a standard feature installed within the door posts to prevent the door closing when traffic is passing through the doorway. Light Curtains add a higher level of safety for the door for forklift traffic not carrying loads, as the tines may not break a single photo beam.

LOW MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR COSTS:

All High Speed Roll Fast Doors are constructed of quality materials and parts to provide low maintenance and economical repair solutions. Customer with their own maintenance crews are welcome to service the High Speed Doors provided by Austcold Industries for periodic maintenance.
